Psychoanalysis as Science

In-house talk and Q&A with Christian Dunker and Ian Parker.

This event brings together esteemed psychoanalysts Christian Dunker and Ian Parker to address the often contentious status of psychoanalysis within the scientific community. Historically overlooked for the Nobel Prize on multiple occasions, Sigmund Freud’s legacy as a scientist has been questioned widely. Dunker and Parker will present their distinct perspectives on the subject of ‘Psychoanalysis as Science’, leading into a discussion with audience participation.
