About the film: Spellbound (1945) dir. Alfred Hitchcock
Length: 110 min
Enjoy an evening of intrigue and mystery at the Freud Museum with this Hitchcock classic, as we solve with Ingrid Bergman the enigma of Dr Edwards.
Based on Francis Beeding’s novel, Dr Edwards is appointed head of the Green Manors Mental Asylum and becomes attracted to Dr. Constance Petersen who learns that Edwards is not quite what he seems. The film also features a riveting dream sequence by Salvador Dali.
