6319, Bokhara rug, 1880 -1900

This 19th century Bokharan rug was originally from Sigmund Freud's study, Berggasse 19, Vienna.  After Freud's death at his home in London in 1938, his daughter Anna moved it to her study and consulting room in their home, 20 Maresfield Gardens.
